4. Orders

Placing an order through Ratnakriti constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not prevent us from subsequently cancelling an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

Ratnakriti may cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:

• Payment failure

Where payment has already been successfully collected for an order that Ratnakriti subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.

Cash on Delivery is not currently offered unless it is specifically displayed as an available option during checkout.

Ratnakriti may add, remove or modify available payment methods in the future without needing to amend these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to their terms and security procedures.

6. Shipping

Shipping availability, applicable shipping charges and any free-shipping offer will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Ratnakriti may from time to time offer free shipping when an order satisfies a specified minimum value or promotional condition.

Because shipping offers may change, the shipping terms and charges displayed at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

Estimated delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by:

• Weather
• Delivery-address issues
• Serviceability restrictions
• Events outside Ratnakriti's reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

7. Returns and Product Issues

Because of the nature of jewellery products, Ratnakriti does not offer general returns, exchanges or change-of-mind returns unless specifically stated otherwise.

A return-related claim may be raised only where:

1. the product has a genuine manufacturing defect; or
2. the product delivered is different from the product ordered.

You must notify Ratnakriti within 24 hours of delivery by contacting:

Please provide:

• Details of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or video showing the product and the issue
• Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Claims received after the 24-hour reporting period may not be accepted under Ratnakriti's commercial return policy.

Ratnakriti will review the information supplied and may request additional evidence where reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Where a claim is verified as eligible, Ratnakriti will communicate the appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. What Is Not Normally Considered a Manufacturing Defect

Subject to applicable consumer rights, the following may not by themselves constitute manufacturing defects:

• Minor variations in colour or finish
• Differences caused by photography or display settings
• Natural or handcrafted variations
• Damage resulting from improper use or storage
• Damage resulting from exposure to water, perfume, chemicals or cosmetics
• Tarnishing or finish changes caused by normal wear or environmental exposure where applicable to that jewellery type
• Damage caused after delivery through accidental handling

Product-specific descriptions or care instructions should also be considered when evaluating a product.

Fashion jewellery should generally be handled carefully.

Ratnakriti is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
